We are pleased to announce that we now have a new house red wine at Ginkgo:

Concha Y Toro Sendero Merlot 2008 － Colchagua, Chile

Grape Variety: 85% Merlot and 15% Carmenere.
Colour: Ruby red, very vivid.
Nose: Cherry, ripe pepper and soft cacao aromas.
Palate: Elegant and rounded with good body and persistence.

Enjoy Sendero Merlot at Ginkgo by bottle (150 RMB) or glass (30 RMB).

欧萨多霞多丽白诗南白（阿根廷圣胡安）

This fresh and fruity wine is lush with intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Its delicate, satisfying mouth-feel is enhanced by a lingering finish.
这款风格清新、果味充盈的葡萄酒具有柑橘和热带水果的香气。口感精致怡人，余味绵长。
